Crohns disease is an inflammatory bowel disease, the general name for diseases that cause
swelling in the intestines. Because the symptoms of Crohns disease are similar to other
intestinal disorders, such as irritable bowel syndrome and ulcerative colitis, it can be
difficult to diagnose. Ulcerative colitis causes inflammation and ulcers in the top layer
of the lining of the large intestine. In Crohns disease, all layers of the intestine may
be involved, and normal healthy bowel can be found between sections of diseased bowel.
The Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of America is a non-profit, volunteer-driven organization
dedicated to finding the cure for Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis.

Rivers of the World (ROW) is a not-for-profit Christian ministry that targets remote river basins.
Their goal is to serve; realizing that it is their country, their people, their village, but our problem.
We like ROW because they are helping people in the Congo. Congo is a Christian country. The people
there are not mature Christians and they have many physical and material issues. They really
need the support and prayers of Christians from all over the world. Don't let the Congo go
muslim or godless. Support your brothers and sisters in Christ.

The Voice of the Martyrs is a non-profit, inter-denominational Christian organization dedicated
to assisting the persecuted church worldwide. VOM was founded in 1967 by Pastor Richard Wurmbrand,
who was imprisoned 14 years in Communist Romania for his faith in Christ. His wife, Sabina, was
imprisoned for three years. In the 1960s, Richard, Sabina, and their son, Mihai, were ransomed
out of Romania and came to the United States. Through their travels, the Wurmbrands spread the
message of the atrocities that Christians face in restricted nations, while establishing a
network of offices dedicated to assisting the persecuted church. The Voice of the Martyrs
continues in this mission around the world today.
